Scrum Master
Our client is a boutique Agile consultancy, that is looking for Scrum Masters to support the delivery on a major Agility Transformation program.
Suitable Scrum professionals will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:
- Must have experience as Scrum Master
- Must have a valid Scrum certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Must have a proven track record of Scrum training and coaching
- Must have experience applying Scrum in non-Software environments
- Scrum Masters are expected to assist with Change Management around teams and helping adopt new practices
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- A strong consulting toolkit and have strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong academic background (BSc / MSc)
Rate: £500 - £525 per day (Outside IR35)
Length: 6 – 12 months
