Our clients provide an exceptional opportunity to join a world-class Agile community that provides strategic Agile Consulting, Coaching, Training, and Transformation services to a portfolio of cross-sector FTSE100 clients.
Suitable Agile professionals will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:
- Must have prior experience as an Agile Coach
- Prior experience working within a Management Consultancy, IT Services, Systems Integrator is highly desirable
- Must have broad experience working on Agile Transformation projects at team and enterprise level
- Must have proven coaching, training, mentoring skillset on Agile and related methodologies
- Experience supported by at least one of the following industry certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), DAD, Scaled Scrum, LeSS, IC Agile etc.
- Must possess knowledge of Agile development practices
- A consulting toolkit and have strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong academic background (BSc / MSc)
