One of the world’s leading Digital Transformation consulting organisations are looking for Customer Insight & Analytics Consulting professionals to join their growing European CX (Customer Experience) Transformation practice.
Our client deliverers strategic CX/Marketing Transformations for their FTSE100 client portfolio and helps them improve their CX engagement, sales, service and marketing activities through Customer Insight and Analytics.
Suitable CX, Insight or Analytics professionals will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:
- Must have a proven track record in CX, CRM, and Analytics
- Must have experience working within a leading IT Services, Management Consulting firm or Digital Agency or Consultancy
- Must have familiarity with CRM and Analytics platforms including: Salesforce, Google Adobe, etc.
- Experience working on projects including: CX Strategy, CX Transformation, Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems, Campaign Management Systems, Customer Insight & Customer Data Platforms and AdTech
- Experience of leading client workshops and consulting engagements
- Understanding of Design Thinking and Business Agility
- A strong consulting toolkit and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong academic background (BSc/MSc/PhD)
